Un excellent hébergement, bien équipé : il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans le condo. La plage est toute proche, et dans l'ensemble, le service est top, y compris de la part du propriétaire, toujours serviable et accommodant.

This is a really great place to stay -- clean, modern, comfortable and fully equipped. You can walk from the condo building right to the beach road, there are four pools (my favorite was the one on the 59th floor, which has a spectacular view across the sea and beach), there's a shuttle bus 3x daily to the Central Mall, as well as shops, cafes, and a night market right outside the building.
The apartment itself is just like on the photos, everything is clean, the appliances work great, and there are lots of supplies. It has probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in any AirBnB and a modern aircon that has a really quiet night mode.
The initial registration at the condo administration is somewhat involved, but after that there's no issue getting around. And the hosts are really kind and helpful and quick to respond; for the initial check-in, they arranged for the maid to meet me at the building, which was so considerate and helpful. Overall a 10/10 AirBnB experience!

Mihael et Phan sont tout simplement des hôtes formidables. Très professionnels. Ils parlent un anglais parfait. Ils répondent toujours immédiatement. Ils se soucient vraiment de votre confort et feront tout leur possible pour répondre à vos besoins. L'endroit est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et très bien équipé. Si je prévois de revenir à Pattaya, j'aimerais vraiment séjourner ici à nouveau.

La localisation de ce condo était très pratique et agréable pour nos besoins. Il était à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et il y avait un très joli marché nocturne juste devant l’immeuble, en face de la plage. La chambre elle-même était un peu petite et la cuisine pas très pratique, mais cela convient pour un court séjour si vous ne prévoyez pas de beaucoup cuisiner. L’endroit disposait de trois piscines : celle du rez-de-chaussée était très belle mais semblait toujours bondée, donc nous ne l’avons jamais utilisée. Celle du 40e étage était très agréable avec une superbe vue, bien que celle du 59e étage ait été fermée pour maintenance, donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Dans l’ensemble, l’endroit était agréable, propre et pratique, et l’hôte Mihael a été le meilleur hôte possible, toujours rapide à répondre à toutes nos questions ou demandes de recommandations. Je recommanderais cet endroit à toute personne cherchant une escapade pratique, confortable et tranquille.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The place was exactly as described; beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Mihael, the host, was incredibly responsive and always ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt commendation to the caretaker as well, who assisted us throughout the check-in process, guided us properly, and was incredibly kind and friendly. This was a five-star experience all around, and we highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful getaway! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
