You can walk from the condo building right to the beach road, there are four pools (my favorite was the one on the 59th floor, which has a spectacular view across the sea and beach), there's a shuttle bus 3x daily to the Central Mall, as well as shops, cafes, and a night market right outside the building. The apartment itself is just like on the photos, everything is clean, the appliances work great, and there are lots of supplies. It has probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in any AirBnB and a modern aircon that has a really quiet night mode. The initial registration at the condo administration is somewhat involved, but after that there's no issue getting around. And the hosts are really kind and helpful and quick to respond; for the initial check-in, they arranged for the maid to meet me at the building, which was so considerate and helpful. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a really nice night market just outside of the building across from the beach. The room itself was a little small and the kitchen somewhat inconvenient, but it works for a short stay,if you're not planning on cooking very much. The place had three pools the one on the ground floor was very beautiful but seemed to be always crowded so we never used it. The one on the 40th floor was very nice with agreat view although the one on the 59th floor was closed for maintenance so we never got to use it. Overall, the place was nice clean and convenient and the host Mihael was the best host ever and always quick to respond to any questions or recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable and quiet get away.
