We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Mihael’s apartment. We felt very comfortable there and were completely satisfied with everything. The apartment is very clean, cleaner than anything I had experienced in Thailand before. It is very quiet, well equipped, and perfectly suitable even for a longer stay. We especially appreciated that Mihael even arranged a high chair for our baby. The location is perfect: the beach is directly across the street, so you only have to cross the road to get there. Right next door, there is also the Jomtien Night Market, where you can find lots of delicious food. There are several swimming pools in the outdoor area, which are also ideal for small children. Our son absolutely loved it there. The staff and security personnel of the complex are very friendly and helpful. Communication with Mihael was always easy and fast as well. He helped us very quickly with all of our questions. We had a fantastic time and would come back anytime!

The rooms here are beautiful, charming, and incredibly comfortable. The sofa is super comfortable, the bed is wonderfully soft, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. I especially loved the bathroom; the water pressure was strong, making showering very enjoyable. The highlight is that it's just a few steps from the peaceful and private Pattaya beach. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. Most importantly, the host was incredibly attentive. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Plus, you can add breakfast at a cheaper price than walking in at the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

Peaceful Pattaya Pure Pattaya Feels like residing in our own house . The pick up cabs at 10 Baht is like free trips to Walking Street area and takes 30 min . Although walking street is very noisy and frankly not my preference . however the area around walking street with resto bars or foot massage is good

Great location with everything nearby and the added bonus of being connected to a hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. The unit was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with easy access to amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Séjour au top. Reposant et au calme, c est ce que nous recherchons. piscine privé et plage avec Coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Literie très confortabele et douche chaude avec pression. Les hôtes sont réactifs.On recommande!

I had a great stay! The apartment is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. The residence is lovely and offers access to a beautiful private beach in a high-end hotel which made the experience even more special. There are also several convenience stores nearby which is very practical!

Séjour parfait ! Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La remise des clés a été très facile, d’autant plus que les horaires d’arrivée sont flexibles, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement incroyable. Mention spéciale également au personnel de la résidence, qui est très aimable et toujours disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter !
