Eine tolle unterkunft, mit guter ausstattung im Condo gibt es alles was man braucht der strand ist ganz nah, alles im allen top service auch von dem vermieter, immer hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

This is a really great place to stay -- clean, modern, comfortable and fully equipped. You can walk from the condo building right to the beach road, there are four pools (my favorite was the one on the 59th floor, which has a spectacular view across the sea and beach), there's a shuttle bus 3x daily to the Central Mall, as well as shops, cafes, and a night market right outside the building.
The apartment itself is just like on the photos, everything is clean, the appliances work great, and there are lots of supplies. It has probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in any AirBnB and a modern aircon that has a really quiet night mode.
The initial registration at the condo administration is somewhat involved, but after that there's no issue getting around. And the hosts are really kind and helpful and quick to respond; for the initial check-in, they arranged for the maid to meet me at the building, which was so considerate and helpful. Overall a 10/10 AirBnB experience!

Mihael and Phan are simply great hosts. Very professional. They speak perfect English. They always respond immediately. They really care about your comfort and will do their best to help you with your needs. The place looks just like shown in the photos, very clean and very well equipped. If I ever plan to come back to Pattaya, I’d sure love to stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war super und Mihael war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf meine Anfragen geantwortet. Check-in war super easy und ich war rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The area of this condo was very convenient and nice for our needs. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a really nice night market just outside of the building across from the beach. The room itself was a little small and the kitchen somewhat inconvenient, but it works for a short stay,if you're not planning on cooking very much. The place had three pools the one on the ground floor was very beautiful but seemed to be always crowded so we never used it. The one on the 40th floor was very nice with agreat view although the one on the 59th floor was closed for maintenance so we never got to use it. Overall, the place was nice clean and convenient and the host Mihael was the best host ever and always quick to respond to any questions or recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable and quiet get away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The place was exactly as described; beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Mihael, the host, was incredibly responsive and always ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt commendation to the caretaker as well, who assisted us throughout the check-in process, guided us properly, and was incredibly kind and friendly. This was a five-star experience all around, and we highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful getaway! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
